Perfect for couples, feel free to bring along your well-behaved dogs to explore the wonders of Pike & San Isabel National Forest. Create enduring memories in our tranquil haven! Step into our inviting "Hilltop A-frame", where rustic warmth and romantic nostalgia await. The cozy interior, adorned with mountain mid century modern accents and comfy furnishings, sets the stage for an intimate escape. Enjoy natural light and forest views from the living room, and make lasting memories in our private 5-acre haven. The compact yet fully-equipped kitchen invites you to create a romantic meal for two or three, complete with a brand new Samsung oven, retro refrigerator refrigerator, toaster, & microwave. The small mid century modern dining table is the perfect spot for up to three guests. In the mood for some coffee? Don't worry as we provide the coffee beans so all you have to do is use the Smeg coffee grinder and take advantage of the new, beautiful, MoccaMaster coffee machine, a coffee lover's dream! As night falls, relax on the couch with a glass of wine and enjoy your favorite shows on the 40" Smart TV. Not in the mood for TV, flip on some tunes on the record player or connect your own music via Bluetooth to the Sonos speaker and dance the night away! If you are wanting to re-live your childhood, pull out the Super Nintendo Class Edition with over 100 games to choose from! While the cabin doesn’t have cable, the Smart TV has all the apps for you to login and stream your YouTube TV, Hulu, Disney, Netflix, Max, etc! The electric fireplace adds to the ambiance, creating the perfect setting for an ideal evening in. Head up the spiral staircase and drift into a peaceful sleep on the queen-sized Casper bed in the main bedroom. The second bedroom across the way features one Casper twin bed for an extra guest, ensuring a cozy and comfortable stay. In addition to the twin bed, we have a beautiful mid century modern desk for those who want to work remote. Speaking of working remote, we have upgraded our Wifi to STARLINK to ensure you will have the fast speeds you need for any and all video calls or streams! It is important to note the unique staircase as it is steep and narrow. It would not be recommended for small children, especially unsupervised as it is a tight squeeze. Firm: Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is 10 am.

Each rental comes with two parking spaces in one of the two parking lots assigned to our complex. Please sure sure to fill out the parking passes upon checking in, they will be on the counter.
The fees paid by us and you help ensure both groups are covered with insurance. The fees on this site are 10% less than Airbnb for a guest though (4% here vs 14% on Airbnb).
Cleaning fees are what our cleaners charge and go directly to them, there is no additional padding on the cleaning fee. This ensures our cleaners are paid a living wage in expensive tourist areas.
While we love animals and have two dogs ourselves, the HOA doesn't allow guests to bring pets.
The pool and four hot tubs are steps from the condo. Hours of operation are 12:00p-8:00p 7 days a week. The code to enter the facilities will be included in our recommendation book. Please note, the pool and hot tubs do close for several weeks in April and May, reopening Memorial Day weekend, and then again in October and early November, opening the same weekend as the ski resort for Winter.
Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes walking distance right into town. Quiet to enjoy a good night's sleep, but close enough to all the incredible bars and restaurants in town. The Quicksilver Lift (peak 9, where there is also a ski school meeting point), is a 5 min walk away as well!

The code to get into the hot tub/pool area is in our 20+ page Breckenridge/condo recommendation book that will be provided after booking or when your reservation date nears! As mentioned above, hot tubs do close down for a few weeks in late April & May, reopening Memorial Day weekend, and then in October and early November, reopening Breckenridge ski season opening weekend!
Our cleaning fee is set by our cleaners and is not inflated one cent. In fact, we eat some of the cost. The price they set helps them be paid a living wage in tourist destinations.
