Parking is a breeze with two included spaces. Additional cars? No problem, the ice rink is a short walk and they offer additional offsite and overnight parking. The prime location of this condo allows you to park your car and embrace the convenience of exploring everything Breckenridge has to offer on foot. Both bathrooms boast a modern aesthetic, with the primary featuring a full bathtub with shower and the hallway bathroom with a beautiful walk-in shower. Recent updates also include new floors, doors, furnishings, electrical/lighting, appliances, and paint – all of this to ensure a stylish and comfortable stay. Relax in the heated pool and four hot tubs, open year-round for your enjoyment. After a day on the slopes, it’s the perfect place to unwind and relax (feel free to bring a drink, just make sure it’s in a can or plastic cup). Please note that the pool and hot tub facilities undergo a brief closure in May (reopening Memorial Day weekend) and then again in October/early November, reopening the same weekend as the resort opens! For leisurely evenings, our large walk-in closet is stocked with board & card games, creating the ideal setting for family and friend game nights. Start your mornings on the patio, savoring complimentary coffee from our Smeg coffee maker or tea with stunning mountain views and the crisp Colorado air. Enhance your indoor air quality with provided air purifier and humidifiers in the bedrooms (there are even white noise machines for a restful nights sleep)! We've got your essentials covered, from towels and linens to shampoo, soaps, and paper products. Families with little ones will appreciate our thoughtful additions, including children's plates, bowls, sippy cups, silverware, a Pack ‘n Play crib, booster seat, and a baby bath for the tub. Laundry facilities are available in the complex, and we provide detergent for your convenience! While we adore furry friends, please note that our HOA doesn't permit pets for guests.
